Our client is seeking a Handyperson/Fabric Technician for their commercial site in Exeter.
The role requires experience in repairing doors, fitting carpet tiles, and repairing toilets.
Candidates should have experience working in a commercial environment and possess good IT skills.
The position offers a salary of up to £28,000 and includes 25 holiday days along with other company benefits.
Training will be provided to help the successful candidate excel in their multi-tasking duties.

Our client is looking to add a Handyperson/Fabric Technician to their team on their commercial site in Exeter. This is an opportunity for you to work for a leading maintenance provider.The ideal Handyperson will have experience with repairing doors, fitting carpet tiles and repairing toilets.Duties:To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building fabric in accordance with agreed service levels, and to respond to site emergencies or client concerns.Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and handyperson duties.Requirements:

Experience of working in a commercial environment
Ability to collaborate with team members
Multi-tasking duties
Good IT Skills
