gap personnel are currently recruiting exclusively for a Head of Sales for their client based in Exeter.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an extensive track record of motivating, coaching, and developing a team to success.

You will oversee the development and management of relationships within the commercial side of the business, working collaboratively with other departments.

Benefits & Pay:

  • £55,000-£70,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and commission structure
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
