Salary: £26,000 | Hours: 35/week (Mon-Fri)
Our client is looking for a resourceful HR Administrator to join their Exeter team. This HR role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both HR and administration, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR recruitment and onboarding administration to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Support monthly payroll processes and handle employee relations with a focus on HR best practices.
Manage HR queries and ensure all HR records are accurate and up-to-date.
Provide essential administration support across all HR functions, maintaining high standards of HR administration.
Coordinate with the HR team to streamline administrative tasks and improve overall efficiency.
