I have an exciting opportunity for you to join my client as an Junior Lettings Negotiator in Exeter. You will be joining a dynamic and expanding agency team where you'll play a key role in supporting our agents and gaining valuable experience in the property sector. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity with potential for career growth.

As an Junior Lettings Negotiator, you'll assist agents with various tasks while learning about the real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include arranging and conducting property viewings, managing administrative tasks, and supporting marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing information and support to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Report offers received to agents and produce enquiry schedules and marketing updates.
  • Liaise with the Agency Administrator to update property listings on Rightmove and other platforms.
  • Update brochures with changes in rent/price and handle the mailing process.
  • Collect comparable property data as directed and produce Heads of Terms.
  • Order and manage property boards, and take over administrative tasks from the Agency Administrator when needed.
  • Release keys as required, following established procedures.

Experience and Skills:

  • Confident phone manner and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a property business is preferred but not essential; prior secretarial or administrative experience is required.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car for viewings, with mileage expenses reimbursed.
