Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning & Delivery: Design and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Assessment & Feedback: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and set targets for further development.

  • Inclusive Environment: Create a classroom atmosphere that supports the diverse learning needs of all students.

  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive learning community.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to promote a holistic and integrated approach to education.

Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECT welcome to apply.

  • Experience in Key Stage 1 is preferred, though experience in EYFS or KS2 is also welcomed.
