Are you an experienced BREEAM Consultant with a passion for sustainable building design and construction? Do you want to lead innovative projects and make a significant impact on the built environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and expanding construction consultancy on a range of projects across the South West.

Key Responsibilities of the Lead BREEAM Consultant role:

  • Lead and manage BREEAM certification projects from design to post-construction.
  • Conduct BREEAM assessments, including site visits, documentation reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies for new and existing developments.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate BREEAM requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.

Skills and Experience required for the Lead BREEAM Consultant role:

  • BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) status is essential.
  • Extensive experience in BREEAM consultancy.
  • In-depth knowledge of BREEAM schemes and sustainable construction practices.
  • Strong technical understanding of environmental issues, energy efficiency, and building performance.
  • Live in or near to Exeter.
