Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person / Handyman - Portable Cabins. Salary: £14.28ph + Overtime at time and half, 25 days holiday + bank hols, tons of benefits and career development opportunities. *CSCS card and driving licence required. Regional role covering customer sites in the South West (company vehicle provided).

We have an opportunity for a Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person / Handyman to join the market leading provider of Portable cabins, Secure Storage Solutions, Modular buildings and associated products. This is a regional role, traveling out to customer sites to carry out general repair and maintenance work on the hire units, which include temporary office units, storage units, catering & events units etc (all self-powered).

The role:

General plumbing maintenance
Replacing flooring
Installing Partitions
Installing Kitchens
Replacing / repairing lighting
Working at heights
Remove / fit wall and ceiling panels
Fixing roof & window leaks / damage to the external of units
Adjusting doors & windows
Paint repairs

Candidate requirements:

CSCS card and general maintenance skills with experience from within a relevant role e.g. Multi Trader, Property Maintenance, Handyman, Property Repair, Facilities Maintenance, Service Engineer, Shop fitter, Joiner

A full driving licence is essential as this role involves lots of travelling to client sites across the region.
