Main Duties:
Manage end-to-end ocean export shipments - from booking to final delivery
Prepare and oversee export documentation - ensuring full compliance
Keep clients informed - providing timely updates and solutions
Build strong relationships - with customs agents, suppliers, and carriers
Solve challenges - handling any issues that may arise with confidence
Requirements:
Customs knowledge - Understanding of export regulations
Freight forwarding experience - 2+ years in Ocean or Air operations
Import/Export expertise - A background in either field is beneficial
Top communication skills - Client-focused and solutions-driven
Commercial acumen - A keen understanding of the logistics industry
