gap personnel are currently recruiting for a People Coordinator for a leading recycling and waste management company, who are looking for support in their communications department.
As a People Coordinator your duties include:
- Manage job postings, interviews and communication with candidates
- Onboarding, background checks and exit processes
- Oversee employee benefits programmes
- Maintain accurate employee records
About You:
- Experience in HR roles
- Knowledge within recruitment processes
- Microsoft office and HRIS system experience
Working hours & Pay:
- 3 days a week (24hrs)
- £28-30k part time pro rata
Successful candidates will be pro-active team workers, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
