To be successful in this role as Principal Ecologist, you'll need:

A relevant degree in Ecology or a related field.
Extensive professional experience, ideally at the Senior Ecologist level.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients, design teams, planners, and regulators.
Proven expertise in preparing technical reports, including EcIAs, HRAs, BNG assessments, and more.
Commercial awareness and a knack for business development.
Full Membership of CIEEM (Chartered Ecologist/Environmentalist status is a plus).
A Full UK driving licence.
