- Shift: - Days (Monday to Friday)
- Salary: - £40,000 - £45,000
- 25 days + Bank Holiday
- Death in service 2x Salary
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Management System
- Conduct supplier audits
- Enhance and implement HACCP systems
- Coordinate with all departments on project improvement initiatives
- Leading factory external audits
Requirements:
- Ideally, 5 years of experience in management (QA Manager or QC Manager)
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Background in FMCG, food or beverage manufacturing
- Expertise in microbiological and chemical testing
- HNC/HND/Degree qualification
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles
