Senior Lettings Negotiator - Full time - Exeter City Centre - £25,000 - £27,000 - 37.5 hours 

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings department by leading a team, managing high-value client relationships, and overseeing complex negotiations. This position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the property market, and the ability to manage key accounts while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilties

  • Lead and mentor junior lettings negotiators.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated client matters.
  • Manage key landlord relationships, meeting their expectations.
  • Negotiate and finalise high-value rental agreements.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in forecasting rental market shifts and adjusting strategies.
  • Contribute to agency strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and laws.
  • Take a holistic approach to leadership, team success, and agency growth.

Skills and Experience 

  • Demonstrated leadership in motivating lettings negotiators and fostering team collaboration.
  • Proven experience contributing to strategic decision-making in real estate.
  • Strong client management skills, handling high-level interactions and complex inquiries.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and data analysis for informed decisions.
  • Experience maintaining service quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Proven ability to manage key landlord relationships and negotiate high-value agreements.
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools to track KPIs and create management reports.
  • Skilled at building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Passion for connecting tenants with ideal properties.
