Job Summary
Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting an experienced Slinger/Banksman in Exeter, Devon for a company who solely focus on reinforced concrete, steel fixing and formwork in the South West.
Duties
- Interpret lift plans, calculate load weights, and communicate instructions using standardized hand signals or radio communication
- Communicate effectively with drivers and operators to coordinate loading and unloading activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties
Experience
- Valid NPORS Card (Essential)
- Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with team members and drivers
- A valid driver's licence is preferred to facilitate movement around the site
