Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, websites, brochures, and social media content.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure branding consistency and creative alignment with business goals.
  • Take ownership of the creative process from concept to final production, maintaining high standards of quality and brand representation.
  • Work on a variety of design projects, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to campaigns and projects.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve output and innovation.
  • Ensure that all designs meet technical and aesthetic standards across different platforms (e.g., web, print).
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables are polished and professional.

Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity.
  • Be proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design software.
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects with ease.
  • Be proactive, open to feedback, and adaptable to evolving project needs.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
