**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our G&H Personnel agency. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to patients under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Personal Care:**
- Assist patients with daily personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help patients with toileting and incontinence care.

2. **Mobility Support:**
- Assist patients with mobility, including moving, lifting, and positioning.
- Support patients in walking or using mobility aids.

3. **Nutritional Support:**
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Monitor and record dietary intake.

4. **Medical Assistance:**
- Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist with basic medical procedures and administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.

5. **Emotional Support:**
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

6. **Health Monitoring:**
- Observe and report changes in patients' physical and mental health to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

7. **Environmental Maintenance:**
- Ensure patient areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Assist with the cleaning and sterilization of medical equipment.

8. **Patient Advocacy:**
- Advocate for patients' rights and well-being.
- Respect patient confidentiality and privacy.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare assistance or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- **Skills:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
