Senior Care Assistant - Exeter

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Carer for a lovely residential care home located in the heart of Exminster. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team within a stunning, historic setting.

The care home is situated in a grand 17th-century Georgian listed manor house, surrounded by half an acre of scenic grounds in the picturesque village of Exminster. The home accommodates up to 25 residents, ensuring a personalised and intimate care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of carers to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered
  • Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily living activities for residents
  • Promote the well-being and independence of residents, treating them with dignity and respect
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
  • Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with care regulations
