gap healthcare are currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity on behalf of our client based in Exeter for an experienced Registered Manager for small childrens home.

This role is permanent and fulltime, salary up to £50,000 per annum (based on experience).

Our client is searching for an experienced Registered Manager with effective leadership, governance, and management. The ideal candidate is required to effectively take responsibility to secure, sustain and promote the reputation and daily operation of the home.

These responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic care and to create a caring environment
  • Conducive to individual needs and practice research development within the legislative framework of quality assurance
  • To provide a ‘needs led’ service for children & young people accommodated
  • Adopting a person-centred approach fostering self-awareness, reflection and Personal growth
  • Provide each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices

Main requirements:

  • NVQ level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management
  • previous experience in a similar role
  • thorough understanding of OFSTED regulations
  • driver and access to a car for work
