Level 3 Teaching Assistant

8.30am to 3.30pm
We are seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated, permanent Level 3 teaching assistantL聽to work in a primary school in Plymouth, preferably with experience in KS1.
Responsibilities:
路 Guid children as a Teaching Assistant, offering personalised guidance and support.
路 Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
路 Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.
路 Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement effective interventions to address behaviour challenges and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
路 Ideally a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years
路 Experience of working in KS1/2 in either nurseries or schools
路 Effective communication abilities to ensure clear interactions
路 Applicants holding a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be prioritised.
路 Demonstrated Patience and Empathy along with flexibility and adaptability
