About the role:

As a science teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons, allowing for personalised learning and the opportunity to build strong relationships with students

  • Work in small classes, allowing for personalised learning and the opportunity to build strong relationships with students

  • Foster a positive, safe and respectful learning environment in line with the schools’ ethos of making sure everyone is respected and valued

  • Utilise relational practices to understand and respond effectively to challenging behaviours, supporting students to develop resilience and confidence

  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including support staff and SEN specialists, to deliver holistic education and care

  • Play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential, both academically and emotionally

About you:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to foster positive relationships
