Housekeeping Supervisor – Searle House, EX2 5JJ (if needed covering other areas of Hospiscare premises)

- 37.5 hours/week; 5 days out of 7 days
- £26,530 per annum
In this role, you will serve as a Supervisor within the Housekeeping team, ensuring the delivery of an efficient cleaning service across Hospiscare premises while maintaining high standards of health and hygiene. You will be responsible for organising and overseeing the activities of both the in-house Housekeeping team and agency cleaning staff at various Hospiscare locations.
Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, ensuring compliance with the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021, and providing training, coaching, and development for the Housekeeping team.
