Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor - Immediate Start
Part Time hours working 9am - 2pm (25 hours per week)
Days: Monday to Friday as required with Occasional Weekends in busier periods.
Pay Rate: 13.20 per hour
We are looking to recruit an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a busy team for a seasonal contract in Exeter City.
You will be Supervising accommodation teams to meet targets and SLA in high standards of cleaning for student accommodation residence.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for completing daily room checks to ensure that all areas meet inspection and have been cleaned to high standards.
- Ensuring your team of cleaners and housekeepers have completed accurate training with sign off sheets filled.
- Monitor an efficient linen service and lost property.
- Deal with any under performance issues directly with members of your team. Support, encourage and lead them all to achieve.
- Maintain safe working practices and Health & Safety policy compliance.
- Ensure uniform standards and appearance are met
- Check that accurate hours have been signed off as worked.
Required:
- Applicants MUST have a proven record and experience in Housekeeping Supervision within Hotel or Accommodation industry
- Ability to lead and motivate teams of 10+ in order to meet high standards of expectation
- Ensure Room turn arounds to be completed within strict time frames
- Confidence to deal with under performance in a positive manner
- Have good level of English and communication skills to support a multi national team
- Be available to start on Monday 7th April
