We are currently working with a Housing Association based in Exeter, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a three month temporary contract

They are looking for someone who can start immediately, and can offer hybrid working (3 days working from home) and an hourly rate of £26.16.

The ideal candidate will experience of delivering high quality HR advice and guidance and used to managing high volume ER casework (30-40 cases at any one time)

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for a range of stakeholders, understanding their needs and handling a high case-load in a fast-paced environment

  • Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes

  • Supporting the wider HR teams with managing ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management

  • Providing up to date advice on employment law and it’s practical application

Experience required:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience using Oracle (desirable)

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Good multi-tasking and organisational skills

  • Good oral and written communications.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week

  • 3 days WFH
