THE ROLE: As a HR Advisor, you will be pivotal in delivering a full range of Human Resources services and have a people centric approach. As a trusted partner for employees, you will oversee day to day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will understand company needs, providing HR advice to support positive change and provide exceptional employee experience.
KEY DUTIES:
- Helping with all aspects of Employee Relations including cases, probation, absenteeism, wellbeing and more
- Getting involved with the recruitment process from start to finish including advert writing, liaising with agencies, interviewing and onboarding paperwork
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes, analysing data and staying updated on employment law
- Create and maintain meaningful people-related metrics to inform key stakeholders
- Manage Employee Relations, attending meetings and ensuring all paperwork is accurate
- Collaborate with managers on absence management and provide guidance as needed
- Coach and support managers in nurturing talent and addressing performance issues
- Participate in salary benchmarking and job evaluation processes
- Maintain accurate HR Information System data, ensuring timely documentation
- Champion employee engagement and well-being while aligning with commercial objectives.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience in an HR role is an essential
- CIPD qualification is an advantage but not essential
- Highly motivated and resilient with a positive 'can - do' attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced innovative HR environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident with IT and Commercially astute.
