Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Exeter Head Office

Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours - this role is office-based

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of HR within a dedicated and busy HR team, you will play a key role in coordinating HR processes and providing exceptional support to managers and employees across the business.

Main Duties

Take a proactive role within the HR team, providing support as needed to align with the department and Company's business objectives

Collaborate with managers to facilitate effective handling of new employee onboarding, address basic disciplinary matters, manage HR queries, administer contract changes and oversee various HR processes

Address HR queries from employees and line managers promptly, ensuring a consistently exceptional employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle

Ensure the consistent, fair and professional application of procedures in accordance with current legislation and company policies

Advocate for and utilize HR and Payroll systems, both internally within the HR team and in collaboration with line managers and their teams

Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence through letters, telephone calls and emails

Contribute to ad hoc HR-related projects as needed.


Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Preferred:

Good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook

HR admin support experience

Happy to work independently, as well as in a team in fast pace environment

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask.
