About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant at X4, you’ll become part of a team of specialists delivering tailored recruitment solutions to clients. You will manage your own market, build strong client relationships, and match top talent to the right opportunities. This is a full 360-recruitment role, empowering both clients and candidates to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Conduct market research and use sales techniques to build relationships with prospective clients and identify their recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Engagement: Source, qualify, and place candidates while providing ongoing support to ensure successful placements.
  • Client Management: Take ownership of client relationships, managing independent calls and gathering key information to strengthen connections.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks and meet daily KPIs to ensure targets are hit on time.
  • Data Utilization: Leverage the Seven20 system to enhance recruitment performance, manage client data, and track progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share insights and strengthen market knowledge, improving the overall team performance.
  • Compliance: Understand and adhere to all compliance and company policies, ensuring placements are made smoothly and efficiently.
  • Social Engagement: Build an active LinkedIn presence by sharing X4’s valuable content to increase client and candidate engagement.
