Your new role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting ICT Services. You will provide day-to-day ICT support, contribute to the development and implementation of business systems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing hardware and software faults, maintaining data security, managing inventory, and developing software solutions tailored to our needs.What you'll need to succeed
- Practical knowledge of managing, supporting, and developing Microsoft 365 in a hybrid environment (Azure, Entra Sync, Teams, InTune, SharePoint, etc.)
- Understanding of network security and data protection requirements (e.g., NCSC CAF, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001)
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Microsoft operating systems (desktop and server)
- Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM for desktop OS and software deployment
- Understanding of computer networks and protocols
- Experience with server virtualisation (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix)
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Ability to conduct research and produce briefs on ICT systems
