Role Purpose

  • This role will be within the Data Provisioning team. Data Provisioning aims to get the company's world-class weather data in the hands of people who can use it to help people stay safe and thrive.
  • As a Senior Service Designer within the Data Provisioning team, you will be responsible for considering the end-to-end journey of the service for acquiring data from the company.
  • The service should be designed to help users complete their goal of acquiring the data they need, and deliver the company's goal of our data being used to create social value and economic benefits.



Responsibilities
  • Work with Senior Product Managers, Programme Directors, project boards to develop design concepts
  • Have responsibility across a range of complex services
  • Help set direction and embed good user-centred design practice within teams
  • Make important decisions based on research and understand how this research impacts others
  • Conduct and interpret evidence-based research and incorporate this into your work
