Job Title: Rough Sleeper Prevention Team Leader
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Rough Sleeper Prevention Team Leader to join our team in Exeter. In this role, you will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of local projects and support a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support to vulnerable individuals.
- Conducting assertive outreach and hotspot visits across the local area.
- Providing supportive line management and supervision to team members, ensuring regular reviews are carried out.
- Achieving positive client outcomes, including promoting client involvement.
- Engaging in effective multi-agency working to create opportunities for clients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records using our client record system.
- Undertaking other duties as required, broadly aligned with the role's core responsibilities.
- Essential: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required).
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- Strong ability to manage your own workload while supervising and supporting others effectively.
