About the Role:
We are currently seeking aPicking Line Team Leader. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of theMixed C&D (Construction and Demolition)picking line. Your primary focus will be ensuring efficient sorting and processing of materials while maintaining high safety and operational standards. Youll also manage routine maintenance, support team development, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily picking line operations, working closely with the Supervisor & Manager to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Schedule and supervise routine maintenance of picking line equipment to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.
  • Lead and support the team to ensure efficient sorting of construction and demolition waste, focusing on quality and productivity.
  • Provide training on safety protocols, operational procedures, and equipment use in collaboration with the Supervisor & Manager.
  • Track and report on team performance and downtime, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maximize recycling rates and minimize waste residues for landfilling, communicating KPIs to the team.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Supervisor & Manager to support operations.
