Our client is seeking a dedicated Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their insurance needs are met while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their insurance requirements.
  • Manage the administration of policies, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to prepare and present quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial insurance or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance.
  • Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) preferred although not essential.
