We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Import Coordinator to join our team!

In this full-time role, you’ll be managing the day-to-day operations of shipping and logistics, coordinating imports, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Here’s what you can expect:

You’ll oversee imports from start to finish, working with overseas agents, suppliers, and customers to meet deadlines. Your role will also include producing customs entries, preparing quotes, handling customer billing, and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure everything runs smoothly.

To be a succesful Import Co-Ordinator you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and proficiency in PC applications (Windows, Microsoft Office) are essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
