Location: Exeter or Truro, covering Devon & Cornwall
Salary: 50,715 - 60,500 + 5,100 car allowance
Hours: 37 hours per week
NonStop Care is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the South West. This agency follows a therapeutic fostering model and is dedicated to providing high-quality support to children, young people, and foster carers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 25 staff across two offices (Exeter & Truro).
- Work closely with two experienced Team Managers for support.
- Be the Ofsted Registered Manager, driving the service from Good to Outstanding.
- Manage 123 foster families across Cornwall and Devon.
- Shape and grow the fostering service while ensuring compliance with fostering regulations.

Requirements
- Must be a Registered Fostering Manager or Service Manager with fostering experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Fostering Regulations and Ofsted requirements.
- Social Work England Registration and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete within a year).
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
