About the Role:
The Graduate Town Planner will assist in various planning projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of the planning process. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting senior planners with site appraisals and planning applications
- Preparing written reports and documentation for submissions
- Conducting research and analysis on planning policies and regulations
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to gather information
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports
About You:
- Education: An RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field
- Location: Must be local to Exeter, with a strong understanding of the local planning landscape
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
