We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join a dynamic planning consultancy in London. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career and make a meaningful impact in the field of town and regional planning.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, including detailed reports and technical assessments.
  • Support senior planners in providing strategic planning advice to clients.
  • Contribute to the preparation of masterplans, development proposals, and policy frameworks.
  • Conduct site visits and assess planning opportunities and constraints.
  • Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and developers to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with planning policy changes, legislation, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects within set timescales and budgets.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A degree or master's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • A-Levels at B and above
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to learning and development.
