Job Title: Graduate Town Planner

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, including detailed reports and technical assessments.
- Support senior planners in providing strategic planning advice to clients.
- Contribute to the preparation of masterplans, development proposals, and policy frameworks.
- Conduct site visits and assess planning opportunities and constraints.
- Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and developers to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with planning policy changes, legislation, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the delivery of projects within set timescales and budgets.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A degree or master's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- A-Levels at B and above
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to learning and development.
