Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, including detailed planning statements and reports.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project progression.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed planning appraisals.
Key Skills:
- MRTPI qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in planning, with a focus on both residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex information effectively.
- Strong project management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
