They have an exciting opportunity for a Planner to join their friendly team in Exeter.
About the role….
- Take responsibility for delivering profitable development opportunities to meet targets and programmes
- Progress and manage the planning processes
- Provide town planning advice
- Assess planning risks prior to land purchase, considering all planning issues and investigate to quantify any risks
- Liaise with in-house or external architects
- Prepare project development assessments

This is a permanent and full-time role, offering a starting salary of £55,000 & package. This is negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications.
Suitable candidates will possess the following:
- Relevant and recent experience in a similar role within housing
- Member of the RTPI of degree level in T&C planning
