I am seeking an Architectural Technologist to become part of an award-winning practice based in Exeter. This well-established studio has a strong track record of delivering creative and visually striking projects across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Hospitality and Leisure. The practice prides itself on its welcoming, family-oriented culture and offers excellent flexible working arrangements.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will possess strong technical expertise and outstanding communication skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of current UK building regulations. Proficiency in Revit is advantageous.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the Architectural Technologist role:

  • A relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Proven post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
  • Ability to produce detailed technical and construction drawings
  • Work collaboratively with architects and project teams to develop design solutions
  • Ensure all designs comply with current UK building regulations
  • Contribute to the design and construction process from initial concept through to completion
  • Experience with Revit is essential
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
