What You Will Do:

- Draft, negotiate, and manage documentation for property acquisitions, leases, sales, and financing.

- Advise on title investigations, land registration, and property due diligence.

- Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease agreements and renewals.

- Provide legal support for the development, acquisition, and operation of renewable energy projects such as wind, solar, and hydroelectric facilities.

- Draft and negotiate contracts, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), connection agreements, and joint ventures.

- Advise on regulatory compliance, land use, and environmental matters related to renewable energy projects.
