Your Role
Joining this thriving commercial property team, you will:
- Advise on a variety of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases & leases
- Advise national and regional businesses, banks, developers and landowner clients on all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases and leases
- Manage client relationships – Work with national & regional businesses, banks and developers
- Collaborate with a team of experienced solicitors, legal executives and paralegals
- Contribute to the firm’s continued success through high-quality legal expertise
- Mentor junior colleagues (if applicable) to support team development
Who We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Newly Qualified or up to 3 years PQE
- Experience in Commercial Property Law
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Mentoring or supervisory experience (desirable, but not essential)
- A proactive, commercially focused approach
