About the Role:
The firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to strengthen its Exeter or East Devon offices.
Manage a diverse litigation caseload, potentially including:
- Property disputes
- Residential landlord and tenant cases
- Contract and debt disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Employment matters (if desired)
- Engage in marketing and business development activities to help grow your caseload and expand the team’s reach
What we are looking for:
- A qualified Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Broad litigation expertise is advantageous, though not all areas listed are essential training will be provided where needed
- A team player with a collaborative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes
- Ambition to contribute to a thriving and dynamic legal team
