What do we need?
- This law firm requires an additional litigation solicitor or legal executive to join the team in either the Exeter or East Devon branches
- You will need at least 3+ years’ experience as a qualified litigation solicitor or legal executive and will work alongside a large and established team
What will you do?
- Handle a mixed litigation caseload including (but not limited to):
- Property disputes
- Residential landlord and tenant matters
- Contract and debt disputes
- Commercial disputes
- And possibly employment matters
- There will be the opportunity to be involved in marketing and business development to your hearts content!
About you:
- You will be a qualified litigation solicitor or legal executive
- Ideally you should have broad litigation experience, but not all areas listed above are required as training will be given
- You will be a true team player and will be fully supported by the team and senior lawyers around you
