What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ experience
- Applications from full-time and part-time candidates are welcome
- Unqualified personal injury fee earners with strong experience are also encouraged to apply
- Willingness to attend the Exeter office at least once a week
What You’ll Do:
Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including:
- Claimant cases
- Fast-track and multi-track files
- RTA, EL and PL claims
- Experience in clinical negligence is advantageous but not essential
- Participate in marketing and business development activities to grow the caseload and team
