What will you do?
This is a broad private client role to include:
- Drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills and LPAs
- Probate & estate administration
- Give advice to individuals, entrepreneurs, land owners, farmers & the independently wealthy
- Often advise multiple generations of families
- Provide succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice, Wills, LPAs, shareholder’s agreements and probate
What will you need?
- At least 1.5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
- Broad private client experience
- Ideally some exposure to high-net-worth clients
