What will you do?
- Will drafting (including tax efficient wills incorporating trusts)
- Estate and asset protection planning
- Creating & drafting of onshore trusts
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Powers of attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Act for families, individuals, trustees and private wealth advisories
- (Experience of all of these elements is not essential – training will be given. You will be commercially focused and willing to learn)
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- To be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years PQE within private client law
- STEP membership beneficial, but certainly not essential
