Your new firmOur leading national client is seeking a confident and experienced Property and Housing Litigation Associate to join their growing Exeter or Bristol office.Your new roleThis is a fantastic and rare opportunity in the market to join this highly regarded practice where you will play a key role in the growth of this highly regarded national team. Joining this collegiate national cross-office team, you will be working for many of the UK's leading registered social landlords and handling the full raft of housing management issues, including defending disrepair claims and statutory nuisance claims.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a Property Litigation / Housing Litigation Lawyer that has gained experience working for a regional, national, or public sector practice. You will have experience of running your own caseload of housing management work while helping to manage client relationships. Previous experience of team management would be ideal; however, this is not required.
