You will assist in matters relating to the acquisition and development of sites both locally and further afield as you manage your own caseload.Your role will also involve building and maintaining effective relationships, both internally with other departments, and in the external marketplace. Experience of advising clients ranging from housebuilders and registered providers, to commercial developers and landowners would be a distinct advantage.What you'll need to succeedYou will have trained and worked for a leading national or regional firm with experience in commercial property development transactions.
