Here is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm with a national reach, a recognised name, with a surplus of work currently available and a requirement for someone to come in at 2-5 years PQE to hit the ground running.
You will be either a qualified solicitor, licenced conveyancer or legal executive able to work under minimal supervision and to work a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing maters including traditional sales and purchase, lease extensions, self builds, bridging loans, not some much new build work but a huge variety in any case so you should be well trained in all aspects of conveyancing work.
Shared secretarial support is available and there are modern case managements systems.
The firm have recently expanded into Exeter. The office is in central Exeter but there is no parking onsite. The firm also prefers people to work in the office 5 days to keep the team together so these factors should be considered.
The other aspect though is that it is a fantastic firm with good career prospects, salary will be above market rate based upon your own personal circumstances.
What the firm are looking for is a good communicator and a driven person who enjoys their work, able to maintain high levels of customer service and client care and able to meet completion deadlines.
