Your caseload will include sale and purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. You will be required to liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who has experience handling their own caseload effectively.
