What will you do?

  • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
  • Advise a wide variety of clients from property investors to first time buyers
  • Advise on sales & purchases of leasehold & freehold properties, remortgages, registered and unregistered land, buy to let, Right to Buy, shared ownership, new build, help to buy mortgages, SDLT returns and Land Registry applications

What will you need?

  • To be a qualified residential conveyancing solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Unqualified conveyancers (& part qualified legal execs) should definitely get in touch
  • Ideally at least 2 years’ experience within residential property law and able to run your own caseload from start to finish
