ÂYou will be either a qualified solicitor, licenced conveyancer or legal executive able to work under minimal supervision and to work a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing maters including traditional sales and purchase, lease extensions, self builds, bridging loans, not some much new build work but a huge variety in any case so you should be well trained in all aspects of conveyancing work.
ÂShared secretarial support is available and there are modern case managements systems.
ÂThe firm have recently expanded into Exeter. The office is in central Exeter but there is no parking onsite. The firm also prefers people to work in the office 5 days to keep the team together so these factors should be considered.
ÂThe other aspect though is that it is a fantastic firm with good career prospects, salary will be above market rate based upon your own personal circumstances.
